Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before gas45 processes any withdrawal request, you are required to complete our KYC verification process. Bonus Funds and real-money Funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money Funds are always wagered before Bonus Funds unless you elect otherwise. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time from your Account dashboard; however, any winnings generated by the forfeited bonus will be removed simultaneously.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gas45's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any products or services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their gas45 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gas45 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if foreseeable:

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, gas45 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including both real-money and Bonus Fund balances. Where closure is initiated by the Member in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded via the Member's most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable period.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by using the Account closure tool in your dashboard settings. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
